PeanutGallery was pleasantly surprised when their first show was the headlining spot of the 2015 Sol Fest Music Festival, but this trio of young musicians has been creating hype long before their 2015 debut. Formed in their senior year of high school, PeanutGallery began when producer Raul Garcia showed frontman Matthew Hall some instrumentals he had created. This moment sparked the fire that led to the two writing and recording their own music. The duo was predominately hip hop until late 2012 when the two decided to add vocalist Danny Garcia, which provided them with versatility in their music. Upon this addition, the trio PeanutGallery solidified their sound of danceable story telling with pop instrumentals, catchy hooks, and rap verses. More recently, PeanutGallery received the award for "Best New Band" at the 2015 San Antonio Music Awards and although PeanutGallery is pleased with their growth, the trio aspires to have a positive impact on the world through their music. PeanutGallery idolizes artists such as OutKast, Kanye West, Coldplay, and Britney Spears and one day hopes to create and perform music on the level of these legends.
